    There are still 77 refugees left behind in Papua New Guinea who were detained for years on Manus Island. They are now housed in Port Moresby where they live in fear of robbery and attack, some of them now seriously sick. The Australian government has tried to pretend they are now PNG’s responsibility, but this is a thin excuse.

They have spent ten years waiting for family reunion, study and to settle permanently and are growing desperate.
