If you are interested in the work of Union Aid Abroad - APHEDA and want to meet others in Newcastle keen to support international solidarity you are welcome to come along.

Special guest - Randi Irwin

'Randi is an NTEU member at Newcastle University and a long term activist supporting the Sahrawi people in their campaign for Western Sahara to be independent of Morocco. She is active in the Australian Western Sahara Association (AWSA) and in the movement internationally. She has been a researcher in the refugee camps of Sahrawis. Union Aid Abroad has worked alongside AWSA to support bringing international speakers to Australia from the refugee camps of Western Sahara.'
