Why
Since the ‘ceasefire’ was announced, over 300 Palestinians have been killed and nearly 900 wounded in ongoing attacks. Aid and medical supplies continue to be held at the borders.
The killing must stop. The violence, the bombings, the withholding of food, and the targeting of Palestinian civilians must end.
Stand with us in a silent vigil this Tuesday at Parliament House, Adelaide (on Kaurna land). Wear black, bring your flags and keffiyehs. We continue to stand for peace and justice, and freedom for Palestine.
All welcome (keeping in mind that we are a female-led movement with feminist values. No misogynistic, antisemitic, anti-Islam, anti-Palestine, racist or hateful rhetoric or content is tolerated at Women in Black events).
