Mass mobilisation for forests

Bob Brown Foundation protest against native forest logging, group photo of activits holding a banner that says End Native Forest Logging

When

Why

Native forests in Lutruwita / Tasmania are being logged right now. We’re coming together in great numbers to stand in their way.

This mass mobilisation is a peaceful, non-violent direct action to occupy a forest that Forestry Tasmania is currently destroying.

The more of us who show up, the stronger our presence.

  • Monday 5 October, with a gathering on Sunday 4 October evening
  • A threatened forest located within 2-3 hours drive from Nipaluna / Hobart and Kanamaluka / Launceston

All the details will be shared with registered participants.
