Why
To ALL of the hard-working and dedicated vet nurses, trainee vet nurses, ex-vet nurses and supporters of our cause, please join us in a public protest to increase vet nurse wages. What to wear: Scrubs (preferably non-logo, either plain or patterned), enclosed shoes, stethoscope (if you have) and surgical hats. Pease bring soft toy animals that you would treat in clinic ie: dog/cat/horse- this way we differentiate from human nurses (even though they deserve a wage increase too). Also, if you’re no longer a vet nurse, or not a vet nurse and are a wonderful supporter of the cause then obviously wear whatever you want.
