The Victorian Government's 'No Air in Prison' Bill seeks to stop people in prison from having a right to a bare minimum of one hour of fresh air each day.
This Bill violates Victoria's Charter of Human Rights and international human rights law. It will cause disproportionate harm to incarcerated First Nations people, and those in solitary confinement.
