Snap Rally in support of Geelong West Library Djilang/Geelong The recent City of Greater Geelong proposed budget has reduced funding to local libraries. In response the Geelong Regional Library Corporation is proposed to close the Geelong West, Barwon Heads and Highton Libraries.
