Why

An evening of Bolivian culture and the screening of a documentary about the coup d’etat that in 2019 ousted Evo Morales from his post as Bolivian president will be held on May 28, sponsored by the Sydney-based Association for Human Rights in Bolivia. Green Left readers and supporters are cordially invited to attend.  

The event will be held at the Centre for SLASA in the Bonnyrigg Community Centre, Bonnyrigg, starting at 5 p.m.

In addition to the acclaimed documentary, there will be music and dancing, and food and drinks will be available. Entry by donation. Interested people are asked to RSVP (for catering) by telephoning 0414 824 727.
