Why
On Thursday 1st October at 2pm, the Federal Court of Australia hands down its judgment in Kemp Attrill & Milera v State of South Australia (SAD134/2026) — the community challenge to the North Adelaide Golf Course redevelopment on the Adelaide Park Lands.
This is an important moment to stand together for Adelaide's Park Lands — whatever the outcome, our community's support should be visible.

- Times:
- Gather from 1:15 pm outside the Federal Court building
- Press conference 1:30pm
- Judgment is handed down from 2:00 pm
Community members are welcome to enter the Court and hear the judgment. Courtroom seating is limited. Please note that photography and filming are not permitted inside the courthouse, and we ask everyone to treat the Court respectfully by wearing appropriate attire (no political signs/T-shirts inside the Court) and maintaining a quiet respectful presence when inside the Court.
