Why

The Protect Our NDIS Alliance is a grassroots alliance of disabled people and allies fighting to defend the NDIS from devastating cuts planned by the Federal Government.

Our disability community has spent months organising, educating, advocating and taking action against these cuts. Our combined efforts have delayed this legislation once before.

Join us in rallying together to defend the rights, dignity and futures of disabled people.

  • Rally begins at 1:00 PM
  • Speakers include disability advocates and leaders from YDAN, PwdWASocialist Alliance, Greens Senator Jordon Steele-John, and more.

Accessibility Information.

The NDIS exists because disabled people fought for it. Together, we’ll fight to protect it.

We acknowledge that this event takes place on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognise that the ongoing impacts of colonisation continue to contribute to profound health and disability inequities experienced by First Nations people. The fight for disability justice is inseparable from the fight for First Nations justice.
