Why
We had such a good time at the Summer Solstice party we're going back to Ibisa again already.
We need to get people down to Barrambin (Victoria Park) to build momentum in the movement to save the park.
York's Hollow where Ibis Island is used to be an expansive wetland.
It was drained as part of the colonisation of Magan-djin and displacement of Indigenous people.
The sacred waterways and springs are still alive. Rain reveals the wetland fauna and flora which still remains.
This gathering will be a celebration of water. Without water there is no life.
