A Palestine solidarity activist’s home in Katoomba was attacked on November 19.

Two panes of glass were smashed by a person likely objecting to a Green Left poster in one window that read “No justice; No peace” and a Palestinian flag in the other.

Stephen Langford, a member of Socialist Alliance and active in the anti-genocide movement, told Green Left: “I am shocked by this violence, although it is the smallest taste of what so many Palestinians are going through right now with the wanton destruction of their homes.

“We are used to our notices being torn down in Katoomba, but not this. Many people care about Palestine here in the mountains and want Australia’s participation in the genocide to stop.”
