Permanent Protection Now! Action for Refugees

Why

As we prepare for a Federal Election, we are gathering to remind the public of the ongoing impacts of Australian refugee policy. Join us to demand:

  • Permanent protection for all
  • Support for those on Temporary Protection Visas, and a pathway to permanent settlement
  • Reunification for families kept apart by these policies.

We will be gathering outside Steve Irons' office to send a message to the voting public - we want safety and justice for refugees and people seeking asylum.

This action will take place on the lands of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation, and we pay our respects to elders past and present, and recognise the ongoing struggle for sovereignty of our First Nations people.
