Join us for the 2025 Newcastle International Women's Day March.

  • Date: Sunday, March 9
  • Time: Assemble at 10:00 AM for a 10:30 AM march
  • Place: Gregson Park, Hamilton

We are still going ahead with the march tomorrow! The grass will likely be damp so we recommend bringing something to sit on

Bring your friends, family, and your best feminist signs and shirts!

Current confirmed speakers include Peggy Smith (NSW Nurses and Midwives Association), Tammy Prince-Doyle (Community Member), Anondo Ogni (young Novocastrian).

Musical performances by Arden Cassie & Newcastle People’s Chorus, spoken word poetry by Jannette Hoppe.

There’ll be Zara’s House Coffee and a barbecue (with a vegan option).
