The St George Greens organised a protest on March 8 outside the office of Chris Minns, local MP and NSW Labor premier, in Kogarah.

Rally-goers condemned Minns’ support for the genocide in Gaza, his new anti-protest laws and his instigation of the violent police assault on a peaceful anti-genocide demonstration on February 9.

They also condemned Labor’s backing of the US-Israeli war against Iran.

A former deputy mayor of Mosman, Andrew Brown, addressed the protest wearing the same T-shirt that he was arrested for wearing in Bondi, which reads “Fuck Israel, Fuck Zionism”. After Brown pleaded not guilty in court, NSW Police quietly dropped the charges.
