Why

On Melbourne Cup Day, Tuesday November 3, AnimalKIND will be taking a stand at Doomben Racecourse with a peaceful protest to honour the horses who suffer and die for the racing industry. We’ll be outside the gates with signs, leaflets, and a clear message: cruelty is not a celebration.

After the protest, we’ll head to a nearby park for a relaxing picnic with games and light vegan refreshments.

Bring your signs, your voice, and your picnic blanket, and join us in saying Nup to the Cup!
