Why

Social and community work has evolved in complexity, in what is required of workers, and in workload. These changes have not been reflected in pay, and this largely women-dominated workforce, needs to be compensated fairly.

The ASU is fighting for wage rises up to 35% at the Fair Work Commission and we'd like you to join us and raise our voice at our next rally.
