Why
‘Kites Not Bombs!’.
Quiet vigil and fundraiser at Parliament House (on Kaurna Yerta) this Wednesday from 5-6pm. Children flying kites should never be a target for military fire, and we meet in line with the Global Kites for Gaza commemorations across the world.
Bring your flags and keffiyehs, and your kites!
Note: that we cannot fly kites high due to parliament rules and power lines etc, so we encourage kite-shaped/themed signs, long poles, and hand-holdable kites with lots of colour.
We fundraise for PCRF - Palestine Children's Relief Fund. Donation buckets and QR codes linking to the charity’s page will be available.
