Why

Join Perth Doctors Medical Aid for Palestine to view the Oscar nominated powerful film "The Voice of Hind Rajab". The Voice of Hind Rajab premiered in the 2025 Venice Film Festival, where it broke the record for longest standing ovation, and picked up the Grand Jury Prize. It was also nominated for Best International Feature Film at the 2026 Academy Awards.

Tickets available from Humanitix.

The film tells the tragic story of 6-year-old Palestinian girl Hind Rajab, and the desperate attempts to save her. The original phone recordings to the emergency call centre are used throughout the film. "Impossible not to be moved" (Variety magazine) "The most vital film of the decade" (GQ)

We will have a short panel discussion following the film, featuring members of Perth Doctors Medical Aid for Palestine.

By attending this film, you are not just bearing witness to Hind's story, and the thousands of Gazan children whose voices are forever silenced, you are also helping us fundraise to provide medical and humanitarian aid for children who remain there, devastated by a war they had no part in.

6pm drinks and mingle. Film 630pm (runs 89mins) then short panel discussion. Evening ends 9pm.

Tickets available from Humanitix.

For the latest updates check the Humanitix event.
