Why

My Kind of Night is a vibrant, big‑hearted cabaret bringing together an eclectic mix of talented local artists for an unforgettable evening of performance and community spirit. This joyful, high‑energy showcase is dedicated to raising vital funds for Palestinian families supported by the Newy Watermelon Collective. Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere where creativity, solidarity and generosity take centre stage.

Alongside the performances, guests can explore a pop‑up art stall featuring donated works from local creatives, with every purchase contributing directly to the cause. And for a bit of playful fun, there’s also a classic lolly‑in‑a‑jar guessing competition — sweet in every sense.

Tickets available from FunHaus Factory. For the latest updates check the FunHaus Factory event.

  • Lou Thunderdust – He is the love child of David Bowie and the Pet Shop Boys, and wants to sprinkle a bit of queer and dorky love dust on everybody.

  • Peyton James – Peyton James is a firecracker of flirtation, banter, and bold moves. Blending old-school Aussie strip with cheeky burlesque charm, she thrives on audience interactions – teasing, commanding cheers, and keeping the crowd in stitches. Fresh off a breakout year – winning Miss Entertainment at Miss Firm Australia, competing at Express Pole and Mx Showbabe, and touring Sinners Cabaret Drink up, scream loud, and let this dangerously delightful dumbass take the stage
  • Sammi Constantine
  • Gabriel Paris
  • Phoenix Frost – Phoenix Frost is an award winning filmmaker and lover of all things creative, he is quite new to the stand up comedy scene but enjoys using it as a new way to share stories while getting out of his comfort zone and proving to himself that people aren’t really that scary!
