Why

Terri Daktyl was a union organiser at the United Workers Union and the ANMF, and tragically lost her life 18 years ago. Terri was a passionate unionist, feminist and social justice activist, and a supporter of people living with HIV/AIDS in Vietnam. We're looking forward to gathering together again to commemorate her life and dedication to social justice, and raise funds to support the Union Aid Abroad projects close to her heart.

Please purchase your tickets to the 2026 dinner from Humanitix. You will be prompted to record any dietary requirements for any tickets you order, please ensure any dietary requirements are advised at the time of ticket purchase.

You will also be able to nominate people you would prefer to be seated with on the night, organisers will endeavor to accommodate these requests wherever possible. Please note that we regret to inform you that this venue does not have wheelchair accessible bathrooms or toilets.
