Why

Chris Holley brings decades of experience as an Amnesty International activist. He's worked on staff for both Amnesty Australia and the International Secretariat, and has consulted on Amnesty campaigns across more than a dozen countries. That kind of on-the-ground perspective on what human rights work actually looks like in practice is rare, and we're lucky to have him. He'll be sharing an overview on global trends in human rights, some of the campaigns Amnesty has run in other countries, and then focus on the NSW Human Rights Act campaign, covering strategy, tactics, progress so far and how people can join and support the campaign.

Seats are limited, so please reserve yours now.

Doors open 6pm. Session starts 6:15pm.
