Join us on Sunday 19th of April at the Esplanade (corner of Shields St) at 10am to take part in Not Our Law - Weekend of Action in Gimuy in opposition to these new laws banning pro-Palestine speech.
Six months ago, fifty thousand Queenslanders marched in Brisbane all chanting the words now deemed 'illegal' by the Crisafulli government.
Crisafulli said he answers to Queenslanders. He doesn’t. He silences us and he locks us up. He answers to a foreign government committing genocide and the lobby that protects it.
This is not our law. The weapons sent to Israel straight out of Queensland factories, to be used for war crimes, are not done so in our name. We won't allow genocide, ethnic cleansing, occupation and apartheid to go unchallenged.
We will always stand with Palestinians for a Free Palestine.
This is a safe action. FPFNQ will not be using the prohibited phrases as we work with the coalitions we have built throughout Queensland to undertake strategic action.
