Why

Across New South Wales, Lutruwita / Tasmania and Queensland, native forests continue to be logged under government licences, pushing endangered wildlife to the brink of extinction and worsening the climate crisis.

Just south of Ulladulla is Brooman State Forest, home to ‘Big Spotty’, the tallest known spotted gum. Forestry Corporation is scheduled to start logging this forest soon, with only a 60-metre buffer around this iconic giant.
