Why
Join committed unionists and socialists Sue Bull and Tim Gooden for an informal discussion on the CFMEU and trade unionism in Australia. How can we defend unions like the CFMEU from attacks, and build a fighting democratic union movement? How can trade unions can force Labor to withdraw its involvement in the war on Iran and end its complicity in the genocide in Gaza?
Sue Bull is a retired Construction Forestry Maritime Employees Union (CFMEU) member and a former union health and safety trainer in the construction industry.
Tim Gooden is a former Geelong Trades Hall secretary.
All welcome.
