Why
Join us for our regular fortnightly vigil for Palestine.
We have confirmation from the authorities that our location is outside the Minns zone banning peaceful protest. So Sydney friends, if you need an outlet to meet like minded people and express yourself, please join us.
Why? Becuase the people of Palestine are suffering beyond belief with over 400 murdered in Gaza during this 'ceasefire'... With people living in the worst conditions imaginable, freezing, in flooded tents. Without even a fraction of the aid they need being allowed to enter by the Zionist Occupation.
Why? Because you are about to lose your right to criticise this genocidal regime and will potentially be falsely labelled as a racist and a criminal when this clearly could not be further from the truth... We know this because 9 Jewish groups have also rejected the proposal of the special envoy... But they are not being listened to.
The government would rather persecute its citizens for criticising genocide, than actually take measures to punish those commiting Genocide.
There has Never been a more important time than now to be active and engaged. The vigil is only a part of this, but an important part.
We would love to see members and anyone who cares about what is happening in Palestine, and also in Australia, come to the Vigil across from ABC studios.
