Why
Socialist Alliance Kaurna Yerta/Adelaide is excited to announce Anne McMenamin as our candidate for the seat of Port Adelaide in the upcoming March 2026 state elections.
Running in Port Adelaide is an opportunity to promote our socialist politics in South Australia and build our branch. It’s a great project to work on together, and we would love as many comrades as possible to be a part of the decision making process of the campaign, and also help us with tasks like doorknocking, leafleting and running campaign stalls.
If you’d like to get involved please come along to our planning session this coming Monday 15 December 6pm.
The meeting will be held in person at the Activist Centre and online via Zoom.
If you can’t attend the meeting but would like to get involved in the campaign please email adelaide@socialist-alliance.org or call 0404 126 154.
Membership

State electoral registration
Help Socialist Alliance register for state elections in South Australia. Socialist Alliance is a registered political party nationally. To achieve state registration we need to provide at least 200 declarations of party membership to the Electoral Commission of South Australia. Read more about how you can help Socialist Alliance with South Australian state electoral registration.
