Terms & conditions
* The raffle is open to anyone 18 years or over
* Green Left Association accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or unpaid for
* Tickets are $10 each
* A maximum of 150 tickets only will be sold
* All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 29 August 2026
* The draw will occur at the Resistance Centre, 4/22-36 Mountain St, Ultimo NSW 2007, by random draw from a bucketful of tickets, one per ticket sold, by a Green Left Board member in the presence of at least two other witnesses
* The first entries drawn will be the winners, in the order first drawn wins first prize and so on. The prizes are:
1. Limited edition Picasso “The Bird Cage” rug
2. Palestine art print
3. $250 book voucher
4. $100 Dan Murphy’s voucher
5. 1 year Green Left subscription
* Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or COVID-19 restrictions, Green Left Association, in collaboration with the prize donors, reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value
* The winners will be notified via phone on 30 August 2026
* The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 60 days of Green Left Association sending notification, to receive their prize. If the prize is not
acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and Green Left Association reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in
accordance with these rules
* All prizes will be distributed, so if a redraw is required it will occur on 1 September 2026 by random draw from a bucketful of tickets, one per ticket sold, by a Green Left board member in the presence of at least two other witnesses. The draw will occur at Resistance Centre, 4/22-36 Mountain St, Ultimo NSW 2007
* The winners must contact the applicable prize donor to arrange the timing of their experience and abide by the terms and conditions of the prize donor
* The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the raffle. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Green Left Association for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented
* Green Left Association may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Green Left Association’s sole
opinion) or who, in Green Left Association’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating ticket sales, hacking, deceiving or cheating
* By entering the raffle each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
* The promoter is Green Left Association of Suite C1.07 22-36 Mountain Street, Ultimo NSW 2007
* These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW)
