Rally in solidarity with Pivot workers

WOLLONGONG — A picket at the Pivot fertiliser plant in Port Kembla, demanding the reinstatement of sacked workers, has entered its sixth week. A solidarity rally and march are to held on March 21.

The rally will also demand an end to the attacks on unions and the right to organise, and show support for the maritime workers. It will begin in central Wollongong at 11am, then march to the Pivot picket at Port Kembla.
