Protests continue against Japan's dumping of radioactive water

Sydney Candlelight Action, a Korean community group, is organising the Gadi/Sydney component of a September 16 global protest against Japan's dumping of radioactive waste water from its damaged Fukushima nuclear plant.

More than 50,000 have marched in Seoul, South Korea, in protests against the dumping. Large protests have also been held in Suva, Fiji. The rally will be at 4pm in Sydney Town Hall square.
