Extinction Rebellion activists continue to hold disruptive actions around Australia.
In Perth people protested at WA’s parliament house on August 15, calling on the state government to declare a climate emergency. Several people got arrested for protesting and singing inside parliament.
In Moreland, Melbourne activists staged a die-in at a busy intersection for several minutes. The action highlighted the continuing deaths caused by climate catastrophe.
