Why

The Albanese government has, once again, turned it back on the suffering of unemployed workers.

In March 2025, the government placed the most serious penalties imposed under the Targeted Compliance Framework on hold after it was revealed people were being automatically cut off and fined for no reason.

Now the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) has just announced that the punitive and deadly TCF will gradually return to full operation beginning on 27 October.

Join us at the DEWR offices at the Melbourne Central Tower to Fight the Fine!
