Why

Join us for a special night launching Readers and Writers Against the Genocide's new anthology The Weight of Witness. Edited and introduced by Palestinian-Australian general surgeon Bushra Othman, this book features 40 essays by Australian and New Zealand healthcare workers who have volunteered in Gaza.

Speakers on the night include surgeon Dr. Farah Abdul Aziz, emergency physician Dr. Mohammed Mustafa and consultant anaesthetist Dr. Jeremy Hickey. The event will be moderated by The Greens (WA) MP in the WA upper house, Sophie McNeill.
