Socialist Alliance meeting: Capitalism burns the planet

When

Where

Albion Peace Centre
102 McDonald Rd
Windsor QLD 4030
Australia

Why

With a super El Nino on the way and climate disasters like the tragedy in Nepal becoming more frequent, genuine climate action is becoming more urgent.

Yet the federal government's Safeguard Mechanism - their flagship climate policy - is awash with cheap and dodgy carbon credits.

This meeting will discuss how we can take effective climate action.

This event is taking place at Albion Peace Centre. You can also join online with Zoom. (Meeting ID: 889 9227 5988 Passcode: 503716).

For updates check the Facebook event.

[There will be no meeting on September 26.]
