Waterside Workers' Federation 120th anniversary

SYDNEY — The Waterside Workers' Federation is about to celebrate its 120th anniversary with "Artists and Rebels on the Waterfront", an exhibition of drawings, oil paintings, etchings, linocuts and watercolours from 1939 to 1992. The display includes the work of more than 30 artists, including early photographs of the waterfront. It will be on display in the Tom Nelson Hall at the union's new premises, 61-63 Sussex St, Sydney, July 4-19, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon-Fri, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat & Sun.
