Why
With the Northern Territory government's nod of approval, Santos are set to frack the Northern Territory imminently. This is bad news for our fresh water, clean air and our climate.
But this is only the beginning, and there is absolutely still time to stop the full scale roll out of fracking in the NT - which would see an additional 1.2billion tonnes of carbon spewed into our air, and 6000 wells drilled through our underground water supplies.
So, how are we stopping this thing?... With your help!

We're hosting a big fracking volunteer launch meeting, all about the campaign to ban fracking and protect the top end. We'll be getting stuff done - like filling lead volunteer roles, building teams and sharing our ambitious plans for the next few months.
History shows that the only way we can stop fracking is through huge community opposition.
So, it's really important we're able to rally the community to come together and protect the Territory we love.
