Why
SAGE is a community for all folks who love and care for our planet. Our monthly gatherings are a space to nourish each other, so that we can nourish our world.
Join us for an evening of delicious food, hearty discussion and new skills. The night will start with a shared meal, then we will move into community announcements, then into open space workshops, with lots of space for social breaks throughout.

After a break in April to support the Pirltiwardli ceremony, this month SAGE is back – and our theme is MOVE.
We’re shaking up our usual format of inviting a headline speaker on a specific topic. Instead, this SAGE will be created entirely by you – the community – because anyone can bring a workshop or a discussion idea.
So what does MOVE mean to you?
Maybe it’s moving your body, like dancing or yoga.
Maybe it’s using your body for activism, like direct action or community defence.
Maybe it’s something that moves you to tears – or it’s your involvement in a certain movement – or a way of transport like hiking or cycling – or a way to shake things up or make change...
It’s totally up to you. Whatever moves you, come share it – or come see what others bring!
We’re excited about this theme because we’re on the move ourselves. We’ll be at a different venue for this SAGE (The Box Factory) before we move into our NEW permanent home in June - details to be announced on the 31st!!

- 4:30-5:15: Arriving, Sharing food.
- 5:15-5:45: Welcome, Community Announcements.
- 5:45-7:45: Open Space Workshop Sessions.
- 7:45: Closing Circle.
