Cope St & McEvoy St
Waterloo NSW 2017
Australia
Why
Two years ago, the ALP Victorian government pledged to demolish 44 public housing towers in Naarm/Melbourne. Starting with Flemington and North Melbourne towers - who suffered forcible lock downs under COVID.
Hear from Sandra and Darren who've been part of an inspiring campaign for two years to stop the evictions and demolitions.
They will zoom into the Save Waterloo Occupation at corner of Cope and McEvoy St, Waterloo from 3-4.30pm.
The forum will take place after the rally through Waterloo, starting at 12 noon at Cope & McEvoy campsite.
