Join us on Sunday 19th of April at King George Square at 1pm to take part in Not Our Law - Weekend of Action in Magan-djin in opposition to these new laws banning pro-Palestine speech. We will march on Parliament house calling for an end to these laws.
Six months ago, fifty thousand Queenslanders marched in Brisbane all chanting the words now deemed 'illegal' by the Crisafulli government.
Crisafulli said he answers to Queenslanders. He doesn’t. He silences us and he locks us up. He answers to a foreign government committing genocide and the lobby that protects it.
This is not our law. The weapons sent to Israel straight out of our Brisbane factories, to be used for war crimes, are not done so in our name. We won't allow genocide, ethnic cleansing, occupation and apartheid to go unchallenged.
We will always stand with Palestinians for a Free Palestine.
