Thai Airways has secretly shipped deadly F35 parts from Sydney to Israel in the cargo hold of passenger flights - 71 times.
The F35 ‘genocide jet’ has bombed Gaza hundreds of times since October 2023, and every single jet has Australian made parts. The genocide jet fleet can’t fly without them.
Thai Airways ships the F35 parts from Sydney to Bangkok, where they are bound for the Nevatim Airbase in Israel.
Thai Airways is directly facilitating the shipment of F35 weapons components to a state that is committing genocide.
Transferring weapons to an ongoing genocide is in breach of at least three sets of laws:
- the Australian Defence Export Regulations 2013
- the UN Arms Trade Treaty 2013 and
- the Genocide Convention of 1948.
In any future prosecutions of the Israeli genocide, Thai Airways can be charged for their violations of these laws.
Thai Airways are complicit in genocide.
Secretly transporting lethal weapons components in the cargo hold of passenger planes is illegal under the above mentioned laws, and is a terrible betrayal of the trust of passengers.
