About Socialist Alliance
Socialist Alliance is an ecosocialist party fighting for a society where people and the planet come before profits. Any individual who broadly agrees with the aims and objectives of the Socialist Alliance and agrees to participate in the co-operative spirit of the Alliance is eligible to join.
State electoral registration
Socialist Alliance is a registered political party nationally. Next we need to provide at least 500 declarations of party membership to the Queensland Electoral Commission to achieve state registration. Registration allows us to use our party name on ballot papers, and has other advantages. Read more about how you can help.
