Why

Despite the worldwide celebrations of the US-Israel ceasefire agreement in October 2025, Israel broke the ceasefire shortly after it was signed.

Palestinians from Gaza were excluded from the from the negotiations despite being the target of the genocide, . As far back as July 2024, Hamas offered to return all of the hostages in return for a permanent ceasefire and the withdrawal of Israeli troops.

Even if Israel was honouring the ceasefire agreement and allowing plentiful humanitarian supplies into Gaza, the Gazan people are continuing to face a catastrophe of almost all buildings and infrastructure destroyed, people continuing to starve to death, a massive number of wounded and disabled people and an absence of a fully functional medical system.

Meanwhile, the US and its allies are planning out the future for Gaza and Palestine, without any Palestinians. There isn't even any pretence of recognising the right of self-determination for Palestinians.

This panel will discuss where to now for Palestinian liberation.
