Double Action: Tamboran AGM & Minister Plibersek

Why

Tamboran Resources is on the fast track to frack the Northern Territory, and pressure is growing on Minister Plibersek to protect water from their toxic 'forever' chemicals.

Traditional Owners have not given consent to frack the Beetaloo, which could contaminate groundwater with toxic 'forever' chemicals and release 1.4 billion tonnes of climate pollution. But people power has won before and it can win again – if enough of us raise our voices together.

You're invited to join Beetaloo Basin Traditional Owners, 350, GetUp, Lock The Gate, and AYCC for this epic DOUBLE action to protect water! First, we'll meet at 9am outside Tamboran's AGM for a cheeky mediaworthy stunt. Then we've hired a bus to take us to Minister Plibersek's office, where we'll deliver our huge joint petition and a stack of postcards urging her to introduce stronger water protection this year. We'll finish up by noon.

Once you've hit 'Going', will you invite your friends to join you?
