Why

Remembering our fun, funny, kind, enthusiastic and ever gentle comrade, Leon. He lived openly and bravely, he fought hard and righteously, and now he is resting in perpetual peace and power.

We are coming together to share stories and memories of our beloved comrade - we will never forget you.

Bring blankets, cushions and your own snacks and nibbles. The event won't be catered. But comrades are welcome to kick on at a pub nearby. Leon didn't drink and he loved the State Library, which is why its welcoming lawns are the choice location for this memorial.
