Why

What if instead of investing in companies arming Israel and bombing Gaza, our council put money in local climate solutions that create good paying union jobs? What if instead of making deals with big developers and grocery chains, our council built community gardens and affordable climate adjusted social housing?

Ahead of the NSW council election in September, come have your say about what change you want to see in your community and brainstorm how we can make them happen. Council candidates will be invited to listen to what young people have to say and how Fairfield can work for us. But regardless whether they come and listen, we will launch a plan to put climate, jobs and justice square on the agenda this September.

Snacks and drinks will be provided.
