Why

Hard to believe, but there's a perfect wave off the WA coast that almost no one has surfed. Rising out of deep water onto an ancient reef, it's got Indo-style barrels for days. That's Scott Reef and right now Woodside wants to drill it with up to 50 gas wells.

Tickets available from Humanitix.

Wild Waves Forever is our short film about a spot that's too far to enjoy but too good to destroy and what happens if Woodside’s Browse gas project goes ahead. The premiere sold out in Margaret River in February, now it's touring the southwest of WA, and coming to Denmark.

After the screening, we've got a panel conversation with surf journalist Chris Binns, Scott Reef campaigner Greta Carroll and some local legends, asking questions like, how does WA look after places like Scott Reef and keep building good jobs at the same time? Then we hand it over to the room, for locals who want to have a say.

Each ticket includes a free Gage Roads beer on arrival, and your ticket also acts as a donation supporting Surfers for Climate. Plus, there'll be raffle prizes to win from our tour partners: Patagonia, Safe Style Eyewear and We Are Feel Good Inc sunscreen.

Come for the film, stay for the beers, and leave pumped up to protect Wild Waves Forever.

Tickets available from Humanitix.
