Mark your calendars! Join us on Wednesday, 8th July 2026 as we come together to celebrate NAIDOC Week with a massive day of culture, community, and connection.

We’ve got two huge events lined up for the day, so grab the family, bring your flags, and let's march with pride!

Here is everything you need to know:

Part 1: Innisfail Street Procession

  • Where: Meet at Dave Dunbar Park (The Corso)
  • When: 9:30 AM sharp
  • The route: We'll march towards ANZAC Park, with a stopover at Canecutter Court along the way.

Part 2: Fun Day at the Lakes

  • Where: Warrina Lakes (directly following the march)
  • What's on: Community stalls, awesome activities, and games for the kids!
  • Perks: Free lunch for everyone and some incredible prizes up for grabs!

This is a 100% FREE whole-of-community event. Everyone is welcome to walk beside us—Elders, youth, families, and allies.
