Why

Join the Coalition of Women for Justice and Peace as we form a Chain of Women to stand with healthcare workers and protest AHPRA's adoption of the IHRA definition.

We oppose this decision because we believe AHPRA's adoption of the IHRA definition is not a neutral act. It is being weaponized to conflate legitimate criticism of Israeli government policy with antisemitism, silencing dissent, creating a chilling effect on freedom of expression and advocacy for human rights and putting healthcare workers' livelihoods and careers at direct risk.

Healthcare professionals must be able to speak out on human rights and humanitarian crises without fear of professional repercussions.
