Why

Fill the courtroom. On 3 Feb, educator Dr Rose Nakad will begin a fight against criminal charges brought against her by NSW police detectives from the CTSC Terrorism Investigations Squad, relating to her October 2025 exchange with a Sydney university campus zionist.

Rose walked away from the university process, following a predictable and unobjective review process, which also imposed a confidentiality requirement, silencing her story.

Now she faces a difficult fight in court amid heightened state repression of those who stand against genocide.
