House prices and rents are rising at unprecedented rates. The Anthony Albanese Labor government claimed at the National Cabinet meeting that he had struck a deal for the “most significant housing reform in a generation”.
But Labor is not investing in public housing and there are questions about whether these reforms will have any impact.
